		Wormwood: Herb of Love
	        - Artimisia Absinthium

	Leechdom of Chiron
	sired the worts
	by Diana's power.

	Dragon's of the sea
	hold no harm for you,
	nor hemlock's goad;
	and, little toads, wet
	with dew cannot bite
	this mistress of the night.

	On Summer's Eve Day
	bind the marigold
	with thyme, marjoram,
	and our little sister's worts,
	warm them on the hearth,
	rub them into powder,
	sift them fine, and simmer
	slowly with virgin honey
	and vinegar till the fragrance
	wakens all the wights and sprites;
	then take the oil
	anoint yourself
	and say thrice,
	the charm of love
	before you bed tonight:
		"Diana, Diana, Diana, be kind to me,
		In dreams tonight let me my true love see."
