Earthwizard's Realms of Faërie

The blood flows in passionate embrace by the grey sea waves...

	The Sirenís Song

	Oh, brother, do not worry,
	the Siren's call is bitter wailing
	in the wind to your bright life:
	the mast and plow, the sea,
	a tale of love and doom:
	those old stars twined by love
	have only the Wise Fates to scry,
	but you the Wyrd of human life:
	a star beyond equal is yours if
	the woman in the moon is thane,
	all the world will not hold her;
	for you are of other kin:
	a power, a mystery; she a kine,
	browsing on the sedge,
	nightmare feeding by riverís edge,
	far beyond your heart's care;
	yet, if she be true, the one
	for you to meet with, then
	no force of nature or of kin
	can hold her, the measure
	of her hand, the seas spawn kin
	bring forth out of this sea
	of wildness, Arial dancing,
	wings on the wind -
	sister spirit of your dreams:
	her heart to you clasped
	in honey dew of bliss, the blasted
	chards of this night's ship
	sunken broken below the waves,
	she emerging from the bright foam
	in white smiles of eyes
	and rowanberry lips aglow:
	the goddess keeper of your trust,
	her golden serpent siren touch
	folding round your warrior's lust,
	the hide bound troth of destiny
	shaped to the Wyrd of a lover's Tryst.
